Steel Tool Dies

Application: Marking tool steel pipe thread dies.

Features: Built around a large rotary table, this system has three independent Nd:YAG lasers with automatic focusing capability. Four linear actuators perform the task of loading and unloading the dies. This system marks 3 sides of each die and is programmed to automatically accept a wide range of die shapes and sizes for metal etching.
